Returns/Cancellation and Shipping Policy

Continental United States Shipping Only. Shipping to New York State is prohibited.

Returns are accepted if they are initiated within 2 weeks of the products arrival. To initiate a return, email me at with the order number. Returns will only be accepted for new and unused products in original packaging.

Cancelled orders will be refunded minus 5% to cover the processing/payment fees.

For returns, if the original shipping box is still usable I will send you a prepaid label for this box size/weight. Otherwise customers are responsible for return shipping from either Fedex or UPS. Return shipments must be in a box as shipping pouches tend to get damaged in transit. When I receive the return and the contents are verified, I will issue a refund for the price of the item minus my total shipping cost for the order and the 5% processing/payment fee. 

I quality control check knives before shipping to check for obvious flaws, but if you are extra particular about blade centering please leave me a note or email and I will pay extra attention to it. Centering is typically easy to fix with a simple pivot adjustment, and knives with blades that are not rubbing the scales are not typically defective.

For items deemed defective, I will cover the cost of shipping for an exchange only. On occasion individuals will order in a knife and decide they do not like the design and come up with a “defect” and want a full refund rather than an exchange in order to avoid paying the shipping cost. I am a small business and shipping costs are too expensive to have people take knives for test runs. That being said I am very lenient when it comes to returns/exchanges and will work with you on a case by case basis to make sure you are happy with your order.

By utilizing this website/purchasing items, the buyer confirms that they are in compiance with the Federal Switchblade Act.

Shipping to mail forwarding locations is prohibited. Orders utilizing these types of addresses will be cancelled due to the high level of fraudulent orders and lost packages associated with them.
